Fortnite & Valorant · account-recovery tickets
For Fortnite and Valorant accounts, customers must inform AccsForge staff if any account-recovery ticket has been created for the purchased account, whether it already existed or is created later. Contact staff through a private support ticket and provide your order ID and the recovery-ticket reference or a screenshot with sensitive details hidden. Staff will verify the report and reimburse the account purchase price to your AccsForge wallet balance. For Fortnite refund claims about a ticket already active on receipt, customers must record their first check at https://www.epicgames.com/help/wizards/w6?s=0 before changing account details. Show the order reference, matching Epic Account ID and the result or active-ticket warning; hide passwords, codes and personal data. Keep the original recording privately and provide a redacted copy to staff. Do not submit a new recovery request just to check. No warning is not proof that no ticket exists; if a request ID is available, also check https://www.epicgames.com/help/recovery-status-check/. If checking fails, record the error and contact staff. Reimbursement is wallet credit, not a payment to an external account. Do not share passwords, verification codes, cookies or session files.
Report a problem
Signed-in customers can open a warranty claim for a completed purchase from their dashboard. Include the order reference, what happened and relevant evidence. Do not include passwords or payment card details.
Review and resolution
Submitting a claim records a request for review; it does not automatically issue a refund. Eligibility, response times, refund methods and digital-content withdrawal terms are awaiting final business and legal review.
Wallet top-ups
Wallet deposits and purchases are separate transactions. The final policy must explain unused balance, processing fees and payment reversals. This draft does not establish refund exclusions or limit applicable statutory rights.
